Welcome the turning of the season
with a grounding, full body reset designed to help you release winter tension and step into spring with clarity and intention. As day and night come into balance on the Spring Equinox, this experience invites you to reconnect with your body, soften what feels tight, and create space for new growth.
This session blends:
• Gentle breathwork to center and regulate the nervous system
• Somatic movement to awaken and mobilize the body
• Yin yoga to melt tension and open the body
• Guided meditation and immersive sound to support deep rest and clarity
•Herbal tea and a hands-on essential oil blending session, where you’ll create your own personalized roller to support your seasonal intention
This is not a performance or a high-intensity class, it’s a space to slow down, feel, and reset. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed. All are welcome.
