As the season flows into Winter and the world begins to quiet, Join us for Yule Tide Yin.
A nurturing 90-minute practice designed to slow down, soften and gently reset the nervous system.
We'll begin with a grounding yin practice, settling into long held postures that invite stillness, release and deeply listening. Gradually, the practice will flow into a series of restorative shapes, offering the body space to fully surrender and the mind permission to rest.
Throughout the practice, gentle, intentional hands-on assists will be woven in to support relaxation, deepen a sense of grounding and encourage a feeling of being held and supported.
We'll close with an extended, deeply restful savasana. Woven with sound from tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks- a chance to integrate, restore, and simply be.
To bring a little seasonal warmth to the experience, there will also be an optional, Yule inspired tea crafted by two creative herbalists to enjoy.
A winter offering to pause, replenish and reconnect. A space to let go of what you've been carrying and make room for the quiet magic of the season.
Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, nourished and restored.
Things to bring yourself, a loved one, a friend, more then a friend🥰 a mat, blanket, water, a journal(optional) to capture anything that came up for you. Anything that adds comfort.
