The Autumn Equinox marks a moment of balance and a natural invitation to slow down. Join us for an evening of Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath to support rest, restoration, and ease as we transition into the new season.
Through guided relaxation and the soothing vibrations of sound, you’ll be held in a space of stillness—an opportunity to reset, restore balance, and embrace the grounding energy of autumn. Yoga Nidra is a meditative practice that is done lying down, allowing your body to fully relax and receive.
Please bring a yoga mat, along with any blankets, pillows, or props that will help you feel comfortable and supported.
All are welcome. No prior experience is needed—just come as you are, dressed comfortably, and ready to rest.

Jessica Haskell is a YTT200 Certified Yoga Instructor with additional certifications in Yin, Sound Healing, and Herbalism. With over 10 years of experience in various holistic healing modalities and a background in behavioral health, she is dedicated to helping others discover their own paths to harmony and balance in mind and body. Jessica recognizes that each person has a unique approach to wellness and emphasizes the importance of community and continuous learning. She believes that by sharing our experiences and the teachings that resonate with us, we can all grow together.
