This is a meditation for all the senses, inviting you to listen, breathe, taste, and simply be.
We’ll begin by slowing down and connecting with the present moment through the ritual of tea by exploring the aroma, texture, and taste of healing herbs. As we sip, you’ll learn a bit about the plants in your cup, understanding their origins, their energetic properties, and how they support balance and well-being.
Once we’ve shared tea, we’ll gently transition into meditation accompanied by a sound healing of soothing tones from singing bowls, chimes, and ambient vibrations weaving through the space to guide you deeper into calm awareness.  
Come as you are — wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat for your comfort. You’re also welcome to bring your own special mug to make your tea ritual even more personal.
