This 90-minute workshop blends gentle, intentional yoga with pelvic floor–informed education and a deeply restorative body relaxation. You’ll gain a clearer understanding of what the pelvic floor actually does, how it works together with the rest of your core, and how to manage pressure during movement and daily life.
